Pokhara

Pokhara is one of the most popular tourist destinations in Nepal which lies in the western part of the Nepal and is famous for trekking and adventure such as boating, hiking, pony rides, paragliding, cycling, ultralight flying, skydiving, ziplining etc. It is the gateway for most of the treks in the Annapurna region including Annapuna Base camp,Lower Mustang, Upper Mustang, Mardi Himal and Dhaulagiri etc and it is also the relaxing station for all the trekkers. When the sunrises, you can see the reflection of the different  mountains in the Phewa lake. The best time to visit this place are Ocotber, November, February, March and April but you can enjoy your holiday in every season.There are many places to visit in  Pokhara. Some of them are Sarangkot, World Peace Pagoda, International Mountain Museum, Davi’s Waterfall, Mahendra Cave , Chamare Gufa or Bat cave , Gupteswar Mahadev Cave, Bindhyabasini temple, Tal Barahi etc. Sarangkot is famous for sunrise and sunset and also  the popular adventure spot for paragliding, ultralight flying and ziplining.

World Peace Pagoda,  is a Buddhist stupa situated on top of a hill on the southern shore of Phewa lake. From here we can see the paranomic view of Annapurna range and Pokhara valley. International Mountain Museum is a museum about mountaineering and its history. You could have a description of the people living in the Himalayas and descriptions of the 14 highest peaks and their most famous expeditions.
